Terms of sale

These terms govern purchases of Spovex software from Kika Mobel DOOEL, Ul. 101, Gorno Sedlarce, Tetovo, North Macedonia, VAT MK4035011501039 (“we”).

The product

Spovex is Windows desktop software for cabinet design and production preparation. Plans (Starter, Pro and Business) differ in features as described on the pricing page. A free demo is available with no payment card and no payment obligation; CNC export, cutting optimization and ERP features unlock with a paid license.

Subscriptions

• Monthly plans renew each month; yearly plans renew each year. You can cancel anytime before renewal by email — access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown in euros. Applicable taxes and the final order total are confirmed before purchase.
• We may change prices with 30 days notice; changes never affect an already-paid period.

Lifetime licenses

Lifetime purchases grant a perpetual license to the purchased version, including 12 months of updates. Optional update packs may be offered afterwards; declining them never disables the software.

Delivery

Checkout is handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. On successful payment your license key is emailed to you immediately and appears in your account at spovex.com/account.html; the Windows installer is downloaded directly from the download page. No physical goods are shipped.

Support & warranty

All plans include email support. We warrant the software substantially performs as described; your sole remedy for a defect we cannot fix is a refund under the Refund policy. Machine output must always be verified with a test run — see the License agreement.

Law & disputes

These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
