End-user license agreement

This agreement is between you and Kika Mobel DOOEL, VAT MK4035011501039, for the Spovex desktop software.

License grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Spovex for your business. Each seat allows use by one concurrent user; a seat may be moved between computers via license deactivation/activation.

You may not

• Copy, rent, sell, sublicense or share license keys.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or bypass license activation.
• Use the software to provide it as a service to third parties.

Your content

Projects, libraries, prices and documents you create are yours. We claim no rights over your designs or your customers' data.

Machine output — important

Spovex generates cutting lists, nesting plans, labels and machine programs from your inputs and your machine configuration. You are responsible for verifying every program on your machine (test cut) before production. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for material waste, machine damage or injury resulting from unverified programs or misconfigured tool tables.

Termination

The license ends if you materially breach this agreement and do not cure within 14 days of notice. Sections on liability and your content survive termination.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
