Privacy policy

Kika Mobel DOOEL (“Spovex”, “we”), Ul. 101, Gorno Sedlarce, Tetovo, North Macedonia, VAT MK4035011501039, is the data controller for spovex.com and the Spovex application.

What we collect

• Contact and demo requests: name, company, email, phone and your message.
• Purchases and licensing: billing name, email, company, VAT number, license activations (machine identifier, app version). Card details are processed by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
• Website analytics: aggregate, cookie-less usage statistics.

Why we use it

• To answer your requests and provide support.
• To issue licenses, invoices and legally required accounting records.
• To send product updates you can opt out of at any time.

What we never do

We do not sell personal data. Your project files, price libraries and customer lists stay on your computer — the desktop app works offline and does not upload your business data.

Retention & your rights

Accounting records are kept as long as Macedonian law requires; everything else only as long as needed. You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time at info@spovex.com. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
