Privacy policy

Kika Mobel DOOEL (“Spovex”, “we”), Ul. 101, Gorno Sedlarce, Tetovo, North Macedonia, VAT MK4035011501039, is the data controller for spovex.com and the Spovex application.

What we collect

• Contact and demo requests: name, company, email, phone and your message.
• Purchase, support and licensing records may include your billing name, email, company, VAT number, machine identifier and app version when those details are needed.
• Checkout is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment card data on its own systems — Kika Mobel DOOEL never receives or stores your full card number.
• This public website currently loads no analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies.

Why we use it

• To answer your requests and provide support.
• To issue licenses, invoices and legally required accounting records.
• To send product updates you can opt out of at any time.

What we never do

We do not sell personal data. The published product architecture keeps project files and operational records on the customer's PC. Any optional remote support access to your machine is confirmed with you before it happens.

Payments

Online checkout runs through Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for Starter, Pro, Business and Lifetime purchases. Paddle collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy (paddle.com/legal/privacy); Kika Mobel DOOEL receives your name, email and order/tier information to issue the license and invoice, but never your full card number.

Retention & your rights

Accounting records are kept as long as Macedonian law requires; everything else only as long as needed. You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time at hello@spovex.com. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
